Reddit is a problematic place in itself, unfortunately. It's full of degenerate people, for example. They project their degeneracy onto others - such as their weird use of "daddy" - because they're afraid of admitting that they're sexualising everything that moves. It feels better when it's other people you're accusing of it, I suppose.

It's a bit reminiscent of early teens giggling and saying what they consider "bad words" - "penis! hahahaha vagina hahahaha" so immature, that it's almost concerning. It's like looking at a bunch of adults who haven't mentally grown up past 5th grade. That's reddit for the most part.

Similar with female - they'll remark about how sexist it sounds, because it's a projection. THEY are sexist people so they keep hypercorrecting themselves in hopes of hiding this sexism... instead of actually healing it.
