Sure. Let's disregard your intent or the context we're on. Certainly you're just commenting on technicalities and have no other agenda behind that. Okay then. Whatever you say.

Buddha's core teachings are widely available - the eightfold path, the four noble truths, and the teachings about poisons of the mind. None of that include any set-in-stone statement about which gender is purer than the other gender or any such nonsense. Also, let's consider that a lot of sayings "attributed to the Buddha" might have just been some random religious leader's bias added to the canon because of monastic politics. It happens in every religion. Not saying IT IS that, but it could have been. I said you were cherrypicking, and you were, that's a fact whether you want to admit it or not, because you were looking very diligently for any semblance at all of misogyny in Buddhist teachings regardless of exactly where it is, how many people adhere to it today, or how relevant it REALLY is to the religion in practice. Might as well crack the Bible open in the Old Testament, read passages out of Leviticus and state as a matter of fact they are what Christianity is all about, ignoring completely the fact those happenings were BEFORE Christ and he never defended any of that. (For comparison).

But the more I clarify things, the more you're going to throw prejudiced attacks at my religion disguised as just some innocent "comments".

And of course you're not going to admit any of that, which is why I politely requested that we end this conversation. But if that's too much on your fragile ego, by all means keep it going and show the world how much smarter you are and how much you deserve to derail what I said about non-Abrahamic religions. The original point still stands: nobody in Buddhist, Hinduist, etc cultures is waging war against science. You can reach all you want and say all you want that those religions aren't 100% flawless and perfect and therefore they are JUST LIKE the Abrahamic religions regarding anti-science rhetoric, but ultimately we both know that is wrong.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have better things to do than discuss with you at this stage. Go on, disqualify my arguments to your heart's content. Twist them. Use every argumentative fallacy in the book. I'm sick of this. I did not ask for this to derail into such an annoying argument which was completely unnecessary. And if you keep pestering me, I'm going to block you.
