There is your answer. "As if they don't do it as well. We all do it". Exactly. These people don't wanna admit their shadow, so they project it onto others. And they'll keep denying, and pushing it away, and saying no... Endlessly. Until life hits them in the face hard enough and they have no choice but to learn the lesson.
