Yes. OMG YES. This so much! And it's such a subconscious bias, white people even feel offended when anyone points it out. That's because it isn't INTENTIONAL - and Capitalism tries to fool everyone (including these white people) into believing they're "free" to "decide for themselves" what to think about "anything or anyone" when in fact we're all anything BUT free.

When they grow up only ever seeing black people in service jobs and other low-pay high-effort positions, they subconsciously internalise that it's "natural" because black people are hard-wired to do that or whatever.

When in fact it's just the result of hundreds upon hundreds of yrs of oppression and deliberate discrimination. But people like seeing things at face value. it takes too much effort to see what's hidden beneath the surface. So they opt for judging articles like yours sadly.
